# Clinical Call Notifications

> How healthcare providers receive urgent call alerts and configure reliable notification settings for critical patient communications.

## Email Notifications

Detailed call summaries sent to your inbox.

**What's included:**

* Full call transcription
* Patient contact information
* Call duration and timestamp
* Urgency classification
* Recommended follow-up actions

**Delivery:** Emails are sent immediately after call completion to the on-call provider's registered email address, or to the proper email of wherever the call was routed (front office, admin, etc.).

## SMS Notifications

Instant text alerts for urgent calls.

**What's included:**

* No PII or PHI
* Urgency level (Emergency/Urgent/Routine)
* Email the call was sent to

**Delivery:** SMS alerts are sent to the on-call provider's phone number for calls classified as Emergency or Urgent priority.

## Mobile Device Configuration

To ensure you never miss critical calls, configure your mobile device to bypass Do Not Disturb settings for your practice's phone number.
